Every orders will be prepared and packed within 3 business days or shorter. The estimated delivery time may vary, typically between 8 to 14 business days within the Contiguous United States.

After every fulfillment, we will send out shipping notification and tracking updates to make sure you receive updates along the way.
We do not accept returns. If you are dissatisfied with your order, simply email us within 14 business days of receipt. We will provide you with two options: item replacement or refund. This applies only to incorrect and/or faulty item(s) upon receipt as a result of our error. We require some helpful information including a photo of the item and order number. Once the claim is received, we will notify you of further arrangement. Item replacement for defective item will be arranged at no cost.
If you opt for refund option, money will be refunded in the full amount of item prices in the same form as the original payment type.

Once your claim is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of the approval or rejection of your claim.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
