Delivery and Return
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.
We can ship products virtually anywhere in the United States or Internationally using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your destination.
Our products are made-to-order and will typically ship out in 1-3 business day(s).
All items will be shipped from United States by USPS which typically takes 3-7 business days delivery within the U.S. and 8-14 business days worldwide. Tracking details will be provided to make sure you receive updates along the way.
Please also note that delivery times are approximate and may require extra transit time because of unforeseen delays. Time for delivery shall not be of the essence unless previously agreed by us in writing.
Orders placed after 1pm EST will processed the following business day. Collections and deliveries are not made on bank holidays and/or weekends. Please allow additional time if ordering on or near public holidays or during sale periods.
Our shipping charges are determined by the quantity and/or weight of your order and shipping method selected, including sales tax (if applicable). Our charge for shipment may not represent the actual cost paid by us to our courier.
Please be aware that the shippers may charge a customs handling fee, and that your country's customs office will probably charge separate import fees and taxes. These may come as a bill arriving a week or more after you receive your package. For all shipping methods there may also be fees charged by other organizations working with your country's post office. You are responsible for paying these fees.

Returning an unwanted product is a big hassle, so we choose not to burden our consumers with that irritating inconvenience and let the customers to keep or discard the product.
So if you are dissatisfied with your order, simply email us within 14 days of receipt and we will provide you with two options (if applicable): item replacement or refund. This applies only to faulty/defective and/or incorrect item(s) upon receipt as a result of our error.
Our products are made-to-order, so we cannot exchange products due to a change of mind, and any exchange requests of item that was mistakenly chosen by customer will not be granted. Please check and consider your order carefully.
We require some helpful information including a photo of the item and order number. Once the claim is received, we will notify you of further arrangement. Item replacement for defective item will be arranged at no cost.
If you opt for refund option, money will be refunded in the full amount of item prices in the same form as the original payment type.
To file your claim, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We require at least a photograph of the item and the receipt or proof of purchase to complete your claim. Once your claim is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of the approval or rejection of your claim.
We cannot guarantee reshipment for lost item due to incorrect address provided by purchaser. We strongly encourage you to carefully check your order details and shipping address on your cart before making any payment.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank or your payment processor. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are incorrect, defective, or damaged. We do not exchange products due to a change of mind, and any exchange requests of item that was mistakenly chosen by customer will be not granted.
By using our service you agree that you are fully aware of and committed to all actions and transactions you carry out through our site. Therefore, any cancellation request of transaction that have been fulfilled will be rejected.
