MiniMerch.com was founded in 2011 and currently has a staff of one! We are based on Long Island, NY.
When will I get my Shirt/CD/Physical Item?
We try to get your order shipped as soon as possible. Many of the items ship from the artist though, which means we can't control much concerning the shipping, but we work with the bands the best we can to get your product shipped as soon as possible. During usual circumstances, you will get your package in about 5-7 business days. Digital downloads will be sent to your email immediately after payment has cleared.
How do the digital downloads work?
As soon as payment goes through, you will get an email with a link to download whatever it is you bought. You have three tries to download it. After the third try, the link doesn't work anymore (for security reasons). If you have trouble with downloading your files, please use the contact page.
